Haulor Technologies Inc. (“Haulor”, “we”, “us”) operates a freight-matching platform that connects shippers and brokers with licensed carriers operating in Canada. Haulor is a technology intermediary — we are not a carrier, freight broker, or shipper ourselves, and we do not take title to any freight or assume liability for any load.
By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to conduct business in Canada. Carriers must hold all licences, permits, and registrations required by Transport Canada and applicable provincial authorities. You warrant that all information you provide is accurate and current.
If you register as a carrier, you must at all times maintain:
You must promptly notify Haulor of any suspension, cancellation, or material change to your licences or insurance. Failure to do so is grounds for immediate account suspension.
If you post loads, you must provide accurate descriptions including commodity type, declared weight, dimensions, and any hazardous-material classifications. You are responsible for ensuring loads are properly tendered, accessible at pickup, and that payment obligations are met within the agreed schedule.
Haulor provides AI-assisted rate suggestions, carrier matching, and route recommendations. These are non-binding estimates only. Haulor makes no warranty as to their accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular load. You accept full responsibility for all booking decisions.
All payments are processed via Stripe Connect. By using the platform you also agree to Stripe’s Connected Account Agreement. Platform fees are disclosed at the point of booking and deducted before payout. Carrier payouts are released within 2 business days of confirmed delivery. Disputed loads are held in escrow pending resolution (see Section 11).
Haulor uses Bluink eID-Me for identity verification and manual document review for business credentials. Haulor may suspend or restrict accounts at any time pending re-verification. Verification decisions are at Haulor’s sole discretion.
You must not:
All software, content, trademarks, and data on the platform are the property of Haulor Technologies Inc. or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.
Haulor is not liable for cargo loss or damage, delivery delays, carrier or shipper defaults, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, Haulor’s total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to Haulor in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Disputes between carriers and shippers/brokers must first be submitted to Haulor support at support@haulor.ai within 48 hours of the triggering event. Haulor will make a reasonable-efforts determination within 5 business days. Claims not resolved through this process shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, under the Arbitration Act, 1991 (Ontario).
Haulor may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at Haulor’s discretion. Active loads must be completed or reassigned before termination takes effect, unless the account is suspended for fraud or safety reasons.
We will provide at least 14 days’ notice of material changes via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
