The last mile of trust

Secure every pickup.

Drivers check in at pickup and delivery from the Haulor app. Haulor checks they’re at the stop and that they’re the driver the carrier assigned — and flags the load when they’re not.

The problem

Pickup is the weakest link.

A carrier can clear every compliance check and still lose the load at the dock. Double-brokered and stolen freight slips through the gap between the driver you were promised and whoever shows up at the door.

Without Haulor

A name on a clipboard

Pickup runs on a load number and a first name. Nothing ties the person at the door back to the driver the carrier actually assigned.

With Haulor

A checked-in handoff

The driver checks in from the Haulor app. Haulor compares them with the driver the carrier assigned, checks their location against the stop and logs the time — and flags the load when something doesn’t add up.

How it works

Six steps from assigned to delivered.

  1. STEP 01

Only vetted drivers get the load

Carriers add each driver’s licence details — number, CDL class and expiry. Haulor reviews them, and a driver can’t be assigned to a load until they’re approved.

  2. STEP 02

    Check in at every stop

From the Haulor driver app, the driver checks in and out at pickup and at delivery. Each check-in is timestamped, and the driver can add a photo.

  3. STEP 03

    Location checked against the stop

The phone’s location is compared with the load’s pickup or delivery point. Within 400 m shows as On-site; anything else is recorded as Off-site for review.

  4. STEP 04

The right driver — or a flag

Haulor compares who checked in with the driver the carrier assigned. A mismatch, one driver checking in for several carriers or impossible travel time is scored by the risk engine, which can flag the load for review.

  5. STEP 05

    Dispatch sees every check-in

The fleet’s Check-ins board shows each stop as On-site or Off-site and Match or Mismatch, with a queue for flagged loads. Check-in times also appear on the broker’s tracking timeline.

  6. STEP 06

A chain of custody per load

Every check-in lands on the load’s timeline — time, location result, driver and photo — with detention worked out after two hours of free time per stop.
